Welcome to the Newtown Business Guild web site. Our goal is to provide you with information on business and cultural opportunities available in the historic Newtown district of Staunton, Virginia.

Newtown is one of five historic districts in Staunton, Virginia. It is immediately adjacent to downtown Staunton. The neighborhood has buildings that date back to the early 1790s, but primarily consists of late 19th and early 20th century residential and commercial sites.

As members of the Newtown Business Guild, we believe that there are numerous cultural and business opportunities available in the neighborhood. This web site provides descriptions of available properties, as well as a number of initiatives.

Our 2010 Newtown celebration is planned for Saturday June, 12 10:00 to 3:00

A day filled with Music, Art, Civil War Living History, a WWI display, Antique Cars, Early Morning Yard Sales, a Plant Swap, Food Vendors, Walking Tour, Realtor Open Houses, Garden Tours, Scavenger Hunt for adults and children, Bake Sales, Lemonade Stands and etc. And other family activities that would add interest to the day
